Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Flour 2 cup
  2. Ghee3 tablespoon
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water for making dough
  5. Filling--
  6. Khoya 100 grams
  7. Cardmon 3 to 4
  8. Cardmon powder
  9. Dry fruits
  10. Sugar powder 3/4 cup
  11. Sugar syrup--
  12. Sugar 100 grams
  13. Water 25 ml
  14. Cardamom
  15. Garnish--
  16. Nuts, rose petals and silver foil

Instructions

  1. Take 2 cup maida and salt add ghee
  2. Mix ghee in flour and rub with fingers
  3. When crumb like mix form, make a dough
  4. Take mava in a pan and break in small parts
  5. Now roast it till it melt and start leaving pan
  6. Switch off gas and mix nuts
  7. Add sugar and cardamom
  8. Mix all of them .our filling will be ready
  9. Divide dough in small parts and fill with stuffing like kachauri
  10. Slightly roll down smoothly
  11. Prepare all kachauries like this and fry them
  12. Now make chashni of two strings and dip mava kachauries one by one and take them out
  13. Garnish with silver foil
  14. Sprinkle nuts and rose petals
  15. Our jaipuri shahi mava kachauries are ready
  16. Can keep it in an air tight container till bhai duj
  17. Serve and enjoy
