Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All-purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Unsalted Butter 4 tablespoon (2 oz / 57g)
  3. Sugar 1/4 cup
  4. Egg 1
  5. Vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Salt 1/8 teaspoon
  7. Vegetable Oil for Preparations

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup water into a pot
  2. Add unsalted butter and a pinch of salt to the pot
  3. While stirring, Heat the ingredients over medium heat until the butter is melted
  4. Turn of the heat. Stir in the flour
  5. Add the vanilla extract to the batter and continue stirring
  6. Transfer the batter to a bowl and continue stirring until the batter cools down thoroughly.
  7. Stir in the egg
  8. Transfer the batter to a pastry bag.
  9. Preheat vegetable oil. Deep fry the churros
  10. In a separate container, add sugar.
  11. Dip the churros into the sugar mixture and serve
