Mixture of moong daal, coconut and lots of dryfruit

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong daal 1 katori
  2. Sugar 1 katori
  3. Ghee 1 katori
  4. Almond 4 tablespoon chopped
  5. Cashew nut 4 tablespoon chopped
  6. Raisins 4 tablespoonchopped
  7. Pistachios 4 tablespoon chopped
  8. Mawa 1/2 katori
  9. Coconut 4 tablespoon
  10. Water 2 katori
  11. Green cardamom 2

Instructions

  1. Soak moong daal overnight.
  2. Make a paste of moong daal.
  3. In a pan put ghee.
  4. Add daal mixture and stir continuously.
  5. In another pan put sugar, green cardamom and water and boil till the sugar dissolve.
  6. In another pan put 1 tbsp ghee then add all dryfruit and mix it.
  7. Add mawa and coconut. Mix till light golden brown.
  8. When the colour of daal change add mawa mixture and mix.
  9. Add sugar syrup and mix till it become thich.
  10. Served hot with chopped dryfruit.
