Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. गाजर 1 किलो
  2. मिल्कमेड 1/2 कप
  3. घी 1 चम्मच
  4. मिल्क 1 कप
  5. खोया 1 कप
  6. मेवे बादाम, सोगी

Instructions

  1. गाजर को कदूकस कर लें।
  2. एक पैन में घी डाले और गर्म होने दे, फिर गाजर डाल कर 2 मिनट तक पका लें
  3. फिर दूध डाल कर पका लें , दूध सूखने पर मिल्कमेड डाल दें।और2-3 मिनट पका लें।
  4. और1/2 कप खोया डाल दें अच्छे से मिला लें बादाम, सोगी डाल दें।
  5. एक गोल आकार का साँचा ले कर गाजर का हलवा डाल दें और ऊपर से 1/2 कप खोया को फैला दें।
  6. फिर सूखे मेवे से सजा दे।तैयार है आप का कैरेट केक।
