ABOUT Matar Tawa Pulao RECIPE

An easy recipe with just green peas instead of the mixed veggies used in tawa pulao, a famous street food of aamchi Mumbai. Nothing much to be done for this pulao. Since the green peas are a bit on the sweeter side, i prefer to make it a little spicy. It is not at all a must to do. Use of curd balances the spice level in it. Enjoy this tempting pulao with raita and salad alongside it.
