Sugarfree Muskmelon & Cucumber Cooler

Ingredients to make Sugarfree Muskmelon & Cucumber Cooler

  • Pomogranate pearls – 1 cup (reserve a few for topping)
  • British Cucumber – peeled and cubed – ½ cup
  • Muskmelon – ripe (peeled and cubed) - 1/2 cup
  • Sapota (or sapodilla fruit) - 1 medium - peeled and cubed
  • Ice cubes, crushed – ½ cup
  • Chat Masala – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Mint leaves – 3 or 4 (optional)

How to make Sugarfree Muskmelon & Cucumber Cooler

  1. Blend all the ingredients
  2. Filter if required (we had it with the fiber)
  3. Top with ice cubes and add some more chat masala.

My Tip:

Save the fiber, do not filter it. Add a dash of ginger to bring up the zing.
