Shikanji is very popular roadside lemonade drink both in India and Pakistan. We all love roadside stuff don't we???

Shikanji (Indian Lemonade)

Ingredients to make Shikanji (Indian Lemonade)

  • Lemon Juice - from 3 lemons
  • sugar - 5 tbsp
  • Black salt - 1 tsp
  • jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • mint Leaves - 6 - 8 leaves
  • water - 3 Cups

How to make Shikanji (Indian Lemonade)

  1. Blend all the ingredients together except mint leaves and muddle well.
  2. Filter through a muslin cloth to get a clear liquid.
  3. Finally add mint leaves and refrigerate.
