Ingredients to make Dates and Nuts Smoothie

  • Dates, seedless - 4 to 5 chopped
  • Walnuts and almonds - 1 and 1/2 tbsp chopped
  • Honey - 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder - a pinch
  • Milk - 1 cup (250 ml)- boiled and cooled
  • Ice cubes - 3 to 4

How to make Dates and Nuts Smoothie

  1. Place the chopped dates, nuts in the blender and add 1/4 cup of milk first and blend it to a paste.
  2. Add the cinnamon,honey,milk, and icecubes and blend them all together.
  3. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve!
My Tip: You can garnish with cocoa powder too. Also you can add banana to the recipe.
