  1. For Powder Curry leaves handful
  2. Channa dal 2 tbsp
  3. urad dal 1 tbsp
  4. jeera 1/2 tsp
  5. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  6. Red Chillies 2
  7. Fried gram 1 tbsp
  8. Salt required
  9. Hing
  10. Idlies to coat powder 10

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST CURRY LEAVES
  2. DRY ROAST CHANNA, URAD DAL, JEERA AND RED CHILLIES
  3. COOL THE INGREDIENTS
  4. ADD PEPPER, SALT, HING, FRIED GRAM ALONG WITH CURRY LEAVES IN BLENDER
  5. GRIND TO FINE POWDER
  6. ADD SESAME OIL AND MIX WELL
  7. ADD IDLIES AND SMEAR CURRY LEAF POWDER
