Ingredients to make MINT SUGAR

  • Castor sugar 1 cup
  • Mint leaves 1/2 cup

How to make MINT SUGAR

  1. Wash mint leaves and dry with kitchen towels
  2. Keep wrapped the leaves in kitchen towel to soak excess moisture, if any,for at least 1 hour
  3. Grind the leaves with castor sugar. Spread the sugar in a plate .(it will be little moist)
  4. Let the mint sugar stay in the plate for 6 hrs.or overnight
  5. Store the dry sugar in a glass jar.

My Tip:

Castor sugar works well.
