Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak 250 gm
  2. Ginger &garlic paste 4tbsp
  3. Potato 4
  4. Green chilli 6
  5. Red chilli powder 3tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black Pepper powder 1tbsp
  8. Chaat masala 2 tbsp
  9. Butter 4tbsp
  10. Wheat flour 2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add palak ,green chilli 4 and salt .then grind
  2. Make a puree add ginger garlic paste mix them
  3. Take a flour add palak puree and make a dough
  4. Boiled potato
  5. Add spices and Green chilli make masala
  6. Take a portion of dough fill mixture and put into pan
  7. Add butter and make paratha
