Pan Fried Shrimps

Ingredients to make Pan Fried Shrimps

  • 500 grams shrimps, cleaned and deveined
  • 2 tblsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 fresh red chillies, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander one handful
  • Fresh basil one handful
  • Lemon to finish

How to make Pan Fried Shrimps

  1. Smash the garlic and keep aside. In a pan heat butter and oil together and add in the garlic and the sliced chilli. Stir fry until aromatic.
  2. Add in the shrimps and then add in half the herbs and stir fry to three minutes. Add in salt and pepper. Turn off the heat.
  3. Squeeze in a bit of lemon juice and add the remaining herbs and serve hot.
