Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup thick palak puree
  2. 1 cup mawa
  3. 3/4 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup Desi ghee
  5. 1/2 cup chopped badam
  6. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  7. 2 tsp chopped kaju

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add palak puree . Stir for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add half quantity of sugar and mawa . Saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add remaining sugar and mawa and saute for 3 minutes
  4. Once ghee starts floating on top, switch off
  5. Add all dryfruits and mix well
  6. Garnish with some mawa and nuts. Serve
