Crab Masala

Ingredients to make Crab Masala

  • Crabs 1/2 kg
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Green 2
  • Coconut paste 5 tablespoon
  • 2 Maggi cube
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Chillies 2
  • Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic chopped 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chilly paste 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking cream 4 tablespoon
  • Tomato 3
  • Red chilly paste 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves, to garnish
  • Curry leaves, a few
  • Chilli powder, as per your taste

How to make Crab Masala

  1. In a pan heat oil, add finely chopped ginger garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
  2. Add chopped onion fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder ,chilli powder as per your taste and fry for 1min,
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves fry till the tomatoes gets mashed up then add crabs and toss it for 5 mins.
  4. Add coconut paste, maggi cube, a pinch of sugar and salt to taste.
  5. Lastly add cooking cream&> garnish it with coriander leaves, lemon, green chilli and serve.
