Take flour in a bowl. Add salt, ajwain and ghee. Mix it well. Now knead the dough with warm water.
Dough should be a little hard than the dough we prepare for chapati. Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Now, make balls from dough and roll it. It should be little thick than normal roti.
Heat tawa and let roti cook from one side on low to medium flame. Turn it and cook from other side also on low flame. Now take off the roti from tawa and cook directly on flame on both sides.
Now on a kitchen napkin, keep the roti and cover with other napkin (napkin on top so that the hand doesn't burn).
Start pinching with thumb and finger to make a circle on hot roti.
Once done, pour ghee on Roti and enjoy with Dal.
