Ingredients to make Bread Poha

  • Bread slices - 4 ( chopped into cubes)
  • Rai/mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Haldi - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Peas - 1/4 cup ( boiled )
  • Tomato - 1 small ( chopped )
  • Cabbage - 1/2 cup ( chopped )
  • Capsicum - 1/2 ( chopped)
  • Onion- 1 ( chopped)
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make Bread Poha

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add rai and let it crackle Add all veggies except tomatoes
  2. Saute it for 4-5 minutes and then add tomatoes. Cook for another two minutes.
  3. Add all spices and lemon juice . Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add bread pieces and coat them nicely with veggies mix Cook on low flame for one more minute and switch off flame
  5. Ready to serve
