Ingredients to make mini maize chapati

  • 2 cup maize flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 green chilli nicely chopped
  • 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt to taste

  1. Maize flour in mixing bowl add chilli,sesame seeds,turmeric powder and salt,mix well.
  2. Add gradually warm milk carefully and knead well.If need add some water.
  3. Take small round ball of dough on palm and make mini chapati with.
