Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Four slices of bread cut the sides
  2. three potatoes
  3. half cup peas or matar
  4. salt as per taste
  5. red chilli powder one fourth teaspoon
  6. green chilli one
  7. vermicelli half cup
  8. oil to deep fry 300 ml
  9. water to soak bread
  10. lime juice half teaspoon
  11. one teaspoon oil for sauteeing mash

Instructions

  1. first prepare the stuffing
  2. boil potatoes and peas
  3. mash potatoes n add peas
  4. add salt green chilli chopped red chilli powder
  5. few drops of lime juice
  6. sauté all for a minute using one teaspoon oil
  7. cool
  8. dip bread in water one at a time for few seconds and squeeze out any excess water
  9. fill the potato n peas mash two tablespoons in each bread
  10. by hand close the bread by giving oval shape
  11. in a plate keep vermicelli n roll the bread on it
  12. deep fry till golden
  13. serve hot
