  • Kiwi fruit 3 chopped and pulsed
  • 1 kiwi to garnish
  • Sugar 4-5 spoons
  • Saffron strands, 5-6 soaked in warm water
  • Lemon juice 1

How to make Khatti meethi kiwi popsicles/ Chuski

  1. Start by making the sugar syrup, prepare this by adding water to sugar. Once it comes to boil add in the saffron.
  2. Peel and cut the kiwi and pulse it in a mixer.
  3. Add kiwi pulp to the sugar syrup, then add lemon juice in it. Keep stirring it for about 5 minutes. Remove from the flame and let it cool.
  4. Take the popsicles, put the chopped kiwi pieces first into the popsicles. Pour the cooled kiwi pulp and close the lid. Deep Freeze them for about 5-6 hours.
  5. After this time, serve it to enjoy and beat the heat.
