Ingredients to make EGG KHURMA

  • Egg 4
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 1 big
  • Moong Dal 1 small cup
  • Corriender leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Yellow food colour a pinch
  • Green chillies 4,
  • Ginger,chopped half inch
  • Ajwain a pinch
  • Gingergarlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder a pinch
  • Chilli powder a pinch
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • A few Methi leaves
  • A few Curry Leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to make EGG KHURMA

  1. Heat oil in a vessel add chopped ginger, greenchillies, curry leaves and ajwain fry for half minute
  2. Add onions and fry for 5mins than add meethi leaves and fry for again 5mins
  3. Add gingergarlic paste turmeric powder redchilli powder and fry for 2mins than add tomatoes fry for 2mins
  4. Add corriender leaves yellow food colour and salt to taste
  5. Than add boiled moong dal and fry for 3mins than add boiled egg and cook for 5mins
  6. Last garnish it with corriender leaves
  7. Yummy egg khurma is ready to serve
My Tip: Add little salt while boiling egg it will give good taste in eggs
