Mint Lime Ginger Cooler

Ingredients to make Mint Lime Ginger Cooler

  • Pudhina/Mint leaves - 1 fistful
  • Ginger - 1 inch piece
  • Salt - 2 pinches
  • Honey/Sugar - as needed (I used 4 tsp)
  • Lime juice - 1 tsp
  • Chilled water - 400 ml

How to make Mint Lime Ginger Cooler

  1. Put the mint leaves, ginger and salt in a small mixer jar. Add a little chilled water and grind it to a paste.
  2. Filter this by adding a little chilled water. Collect the juice in a bowl.
  3. Add the remaining water, lime juice, honey/sugar and mix well. Serve!
My Tip: It is best to drink this after a heavy and spicy food like Biryani. This drink also helps during UTI.
