Prawns Marble

Ingredients to make Prawns Marble

  • Prawns-10 pieces
  • Garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger Paste- 1 tablespoon
  • Salttotaste
  • Black pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
  • Beaten Egg-1
  • Corn flour-1/2 cup
  • Vegetable oil-1 cup
  • Crushed cornflakes- 2 cups

How to make Prawns Marble

  1. Wash and clean prawns.
  2. Marinate with salt, pepper, ginger and garlic pastes for 15 minutes.
  3. Then coated with cornflour properly.
  4. Dip the prawns into beaten egg and then roll into crushed cornflakes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry the prawns on medium flame until golden brown.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce or mayonnaise dip.
My Tip: I coat the prawns with crushed cornflakes,it will make prawns marble more crispier.
