Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 tbsp+1/3 cup ghee
  2. 1 cup rava
  3. 1//3 cup mixed nuts and raisins
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 2 tbsp saffron water
  6. 1 cup of water

Instructions

  1. In 1 tbsp ghee roast the nuts and remove in plate.
  2. In same ghee add rava and roast until fragrant.
  3. Remove in a bowl.
  4. Boil water and add rava.
  5. Add sugar and roast until sugar melts.
  6. Add saffron water nuts ghee and mix until it leaves pan.
  7. Simmer for 2 min.
  8. Remove and serve.
