ABOUT Panir in gravy. RECIPE

Panir [cottage cheese] is rich source of protein and calcium, it is healthy and delicious to taste. This is an east and yummy curry to be served with some roti on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gm panir.
  2. 2 onion
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Salt [as per taste]
  6. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds.
  7. 1/4 th tsp red chilli powder.
  8. 1/4 th tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/4 th tsp garam masala.

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of the onion and tomatoes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add cumin seeds
  4. Now add onion tomato paste
  5. Saute it
  6. Add ginger garlic paste.
  7. Put salt and all the powdered masalas.
  8. Now add 1 cup of water.
  9. Boil and simmer till the gravy is thick enough.
  10. Add panir cubes and green coriander
  11. Serve with chapati.
