About Healthy Sprouts Salad Recipe

sprouts are very good for health. when my kids refuse to eat just like that, i combine it with salad and some seasoning to make it more appealing.

Healthy Sprouts Salad

Ingredients to make Healthy Sprouts Salad

  • carrot 1
  • capsicum green 1
  • cabbage 1 bowl
  • cucumber 1
  • Sprouts of moong & matki mix 1 bowl
  • mustard seed/Rai 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder/Lalmirch powder 1 tsp
  • coriander/Dhania powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped to garnish
  • hing a pinch
  • salt to taste

How to make Healthy Sprouts Salad

  1. In a pan put mustard&hing. Put chopped carrots capsicum and cabbage, saute. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder .
  2. Now add sprouts of moong & matki. Give it a nice stir to keep your veggies crunchier. Remove from fire.
  3. Add chopped cucumber and sprinkle some chaat masala over it.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander. Pour some lemon juice and its ready. Enjoy crunchy munchy healthy sprouts Salad.
