  • Cooked rice - 2 cups
  • 2 tbsp ready-made spinach soup mix
  • 2 tbsp ready-made tomato soup mix
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Few spinach leaves, shredded
  • 1/2 a tomato, cut in small cubes
