ABOUT Eggless cookies RECIPE

Eggless cookies made in pan or kadhai. A traditional Indian biscuit. These Eggless cookies is crunchy and crumbly with a sentational aroma of cardamom. Make these cookies and gift to your loved ones this Christmas festive season. Homemade cookies is best served with a hot cup of tea. Made in numerous to name a few maida, besan, suji with ghee.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. I cup maida
  2. 1/2 cup besan
  3. 2 tbsp suji
  4. 1/2 cup ghee
  5. 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. I. Whisk sugar powder and ghee for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Add besan, maida, suji mix well.
  3. 3. Now add cardamom powder and knead a dough.
  4. 4. Make small balls on your palm and press lightly. Place it to baking tray.
  5. 5. All buisciuts are ready to bake.
  6. 6. Bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degree for 12 minutes till light brown.
  7. 7. Allow it to cool down completely and serve with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
  8. 8. You may store them in air tight containers for later use.
