Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 कप उबले हुए पास्ता
  2. 1 कटी हुइ सिमला मिर्च
  3. 1 चम्मच मैदा
  4. 2 चम्मच मक्खन
  5. 1 कप दूध
  6. 1/2 चम्मच पीसी हुइ काली मिर्च
  7. नमक स्वादानुसार
  8. 1/2 चम्मच चिल्ली फ्लेक्स
  9. 1/2 चम्मच ओरेगेनो
  10. 1 क्यूब चीज़
  11. 1 कप टमाटर प्युरी

Instructions

  1. सबसे पहले व्हाइट सॉस के लिए कडाइ मे 1 चम्मच घी गरम करके मैदा सेक ले|
  2. अब मैदे मे दूध और नमक डाल कर गाडा होने तक पकाए और एक तरफ रखे|
  3. अब एक कडाइ मे घी गरम करके हल्दी,सिमला मिर्च डाले व 2 मिनट पकाए|
  4. अब टमाटर की प्यूरी डालकर चिल्ली फ्लेक्स,नमक व ओरेगेनो डाले व 2-3 मिनट पकाए|
  5. अब उबले हुए पास्ता मिलाकर व्हाइट सॉस डाले और अच्छे से मिला ले|
  6. गैस बंद करके काली मिर्च छिडक ले|और चीज़ डाल कर सर्व करे|
