Ingredients to make Chocolate Pendas or Fudge

  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups of non-fat instant milk powder
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 414 ml of can condensed milk

How to make Chocolate Pendas or Fudge

  1. Take a microwave safe bowl, add the butter and melt it. Next add the powder milk, cocoa powder and the condensed milk, stir it really well until all the ingredients are combined well and you have a lump free mixture.
  2. Pop this bowl into the microwave and cook in bursts of 1 minute while stirring well every 30-40 seconds in between.
  3. After its done, let this mixture cool down. Then flatten them with your palms to make desired shapes and designs.
  4. Serve to enjoy!
My Tip: Make sure to beat the mixture vigorously each time you take it out of the microwave.
