Cheesy Semolina (Suji) Kebabs

Ingredients to make Cheesy Semolina (Suji) Kebabs

  • Semolina ( Suji) 200 gms
  • Spinach puree 1 cup
  • Mawa 100 gms
  • Salt as per taste
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 3 tsp
  • Chopped chillies 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped Raisins 2 tsp
  • Chopped onions 2 tsp
  • Oil to Stir Fry

How to make Cheesy Semolina (Suji) Kebabs

  1. Take a pan, dry roast the semolina for 10-12 minutes on a low flame. Now add the spinach puree and stir it continuously to avoid any lumps, add salt and cook it for 4-5 minutes. Let it cool down.
  2. Add cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, cumin powder and mix it properly.
  3. Make round patties and stuff it with mawa.
  4. Stir fry these semolina kebabs on both sides for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Serve these hot and yummy semolina kebabs with green chutney.
