Rosette Vanilla Cake

Ingredients to make Rosette Vanilla Cake

  • All purpose flour - 150gm
  • castor sugar - 150 gm
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp
  • Oil / butter - 140 gm
  • Milk - 1/4 tbsp
  • 2 Eggs
  • Baking powder - 1 tbsp
  • Whipped cream for garnishing
  • Salt a pinch

How to make Rosette Vanilla Cake

  1. Sift all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and keep aside
  2. Mix sugar, butter well, then add eggs one by one, mix well
  3. Add vanilla essence, mix dry ingredients into wet ones in three portions
  4. Now bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven or till toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Unmould and cool on wrack v, make layers , fill with Cream and sauce of your choice
  6. Whip cream till stiff peaks, put in piping bag and make roses of your colour choice
