Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 cup whole wheat flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1 pinch asfotedia
  4. 2 teaspoon oil
  5. 1 green chillies finally chopped
  6. 200 gram spinach

Instructions

  1. Rinse the spinach leaves very well in water. drain them.
  2. Heat water and boil the spinach leaves in hot water for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Send and keep some of the stock in which we have boiled spinach leaves.
  4. Puree the spinach in a blender.
  5. In a large bowl mix the whole wheat flour with salt carrom seeds green chilli and asfotedia.
  6. Add the Spinach puree and 2 tbsp oil mix well.
  7. Add required amount of stock or water and make a smooth dough.
  8. Take a medium size ball from the Dough. roll the Dough of wall into small circle.
  9. Spread some oil on the top of the roll.
  10. Folder from both sides apply the oil on the folded side
  11. Again fold from one side you will get a square shape.roll into a medium sized paratha.
  12. Place the palak paratha on hot tawa.
  13. Make palak paratha.
