ABOUT Japanese Omelette or Tamagoyaki RECIPE

Tamagoyaki is a type of japanese omelette which is made by rolling together several layers of cooked eggs. This is usually prepared using rectangle pan called as makiyakinabe or Tamagoyaki pan. This is best eaten for morning breakfast. It is basically prepared using eggs, sugar, soy sauce or sake or Mirin. The making process may vary at different places. This recipe I have made using normal round nonstick pan. It requires first fold from sides and continue normal rolling.
