About Tamakoyaki / korean Egg Rolls Recipe

This is Korean recipe ,very easy and Tasty and also Healthy Too.

Tamakoyaki / korean Egg Rolls

Ingredients to make Tamakoyaki / korean Egg Rolls

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Finely chopped capsicum or spring onions
  • 1 Tablespoon of Finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon of oil

How to make Tamakoyaki / korean Egg Rolls

  1. Take 3 Eggs and beat well
  2. Add 1 Tablespoon of Milk and mix well.
  3. Drain the egg and milk Mixture.
  4. Add 1 Tablespoon of capsicum, 1 Tablespoon of carrot, 1 Tablespoon of onion, You can choose your favorite vegetable.
  5. Add salt to taste
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
  7. Mix well
  8. Heat a pan brush with little oil and pour one ladle of egg Mixture
  9. Cook for few minutes
  10. Then slitly Roll the egg half
  11. Then again pour the egg mixture
  12. Cook for few minutes and again roll it gently.
  13. Then switch off the flame and Alow IT cool completely.
  14. After 10 Minutes slice the egg roll
  15. Tasty Tamankoyaki /Korean Egg Rolls is ready to serve.
  16. Serve with Tomato sauce. ENJOY.

My Tip:

If you Add spring onians ,Red bell pepper ect.
