ABOUT Garlic butter laccha partha RECIPE

A whole wheat multy layred shallow fried partha is tradinally from Punjab. .i have added a touch of garlic butter in it.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Whole whaet 1 cup for dough n rest for dusting
  2. Warm water for kneading
  3. Butter 1 ts and for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Take a cup whole wheat flour 1 ts oil and salt in large bowl and knead it into a dough. The dough should be soft like chapati. Grease the dough n let it redt for five minute
  2. Now take one ball from the dough and roll out it as thin as possible now spread garlic Butter coriander powder crushed jeera powder n salt n spread it over the chapati
  3. Now cut very thin stripes it..with the help of ur fingers collect n fold it in the shape of swiss rolls
  4. Roll it out like a normal paratha cook it ftom both sides
  5. Now plate it with some extra butter n ctush it with ur hands ..
  6. Heat tawa on.medium jeat
