Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup semolina
  2. 1/2 cup oats (grinded)
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 1 cup chopped vegetables(cabbage,capsicum,tomato,onion)
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  6. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients .
  2. Take a pan ,put a liittle oil, spread it ,
  3. When the pan heat, spread the batter, put some oil around it.make a uttapam .
  4. Serve hot.
