Ingredients to make Masala Butter Cheese maggi

  • 1 maggi noodle
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chilli powder as per taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Carrot 1/2
  • Chopped Onion 1/2
  • Chopped green chilles 2
  • Corn kernels 1/2 cup
  • Choped Tomato 1/2
  • 1 Cheese cube
  • 1 tsp butter
  • A dash of oregano
  • 1 tsp Salsa sauce (I used readymade salsa sauce)
  • 2 tbsp of Chopped coriander

How to make Masala Butter Cheese maggi

  1. In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and add in all the vegetables. Saute it for a minute .
  2. Then add the chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix it well.
  3. Add 1 and 1/2 water into the mixture and add the maggi masala. Let it come to a boil. (Note that you will need an extra maggi masala packet.)
  4. Now add the maggi noodles and add the extra pack of taste maker masala.
  5. Then add in oregano, salsa sauce and dollop of butter on it.
  6. Garnish with grated cheese and coriander. Serve it hot.

My Tip:

Note to saute the vegetables till it's brown. The extra packet of tastemaker masala is a must.
