Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green moong sprout - 1 cup
  2. Chopped onion - 1
  3. Chopped tomato - 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  9. Rai/black mustard seeds - a pinch
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Green chilly - 1
  12. Oil - 2 tbsp
  13. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  14. Pav - 2

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add rai/black mustard seeds to crackle.
  3. Add chopped onion and saute for one mins.
  4. Add chopped tomato and mix well
  5. Add ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder.turmeric powder,garam masala powder and salt and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
  6. Add green moong sprout and one cup of water.
  7. Cover it and cook for 10 to 15 mins in a low flame.
  8. Pour lemon juice and turn off the flame
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  10. Heat butter in a pan.
  11. Place the pav and cook for one mins.
  12. Serve the usal pav with raw onion
