Mungfali Chikki is basically made from peanuts and jaggery .it's very delicious in taste.In Gujrat people made this chikky during the festival of Uttarayan /MAKARSAKRANTI.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 tsp ghee
  2. 1 bowl jaggray/gud
  3. 1.5 bowl roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TSP GHEE AND 1 BOWL GUD /JAGGRAY
  2. MIX AND SAUTE
  3. CLEAN THE SURFACE OF PLATFORMS
  4. WHEN IT COLOUR CHANGE ADD GUD DROP IN NORMAL WATER AND ITS BECAME SOLID IT READY TURN OF THE GAS
  5. ADD 1.5 CUP ROASTED PENUT, MIX
  6. POUR ON PLATFORM
  7. TAP IT WITH FLAT BOWL
  8. MAKE CIRCLE
  9. CUT IN SQUARES
  10. MUGFALI CHIKKI IS READY
