Kadai Paneer

Ingredients to make Kadai Paneer

  • Paneer - 250gms
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • Capsicum - 1 diced
  • Onion - 1 diced
  • Tomato - 2 (paste)
  • Onion - 1 (paste)
  • Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  • Red colour - 1/2 tsp
  • Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp (roasted n crushed)
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Cashew paste - 1 bowl
  • Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Salt to taste

How to make Kadai Paneer

  1. Take a tawa add oil add diced onion n diced capsicum n roast it slightly and set aside
  2. Take a kadai add butter add onion paste saute til light brown add tomato paste ginger garlic paste and stir well then add all other spices and mix well
  3. Meanwhile add 1tsp of butter and roast the paneer slightly and add it to the above masala then add roasted capsicum and onion.
  4. Add fresh cream red colour paneer and cashew paste bring to boil, add crushed kasuri methi and coriander leaves.
  5. Serve hot with butter naan or kulchas.
