This is a filling an dhealthy breakfast, made with horse grams.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup boiled black chana
  2. 2 chopped onion
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. 2 tbs grated ginger
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Salt
  7. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1/4tsp dhania [coriander] powder
  9. Oil
  10. 1 bowl wheat flour dough.

Instructions

  1. Mash the boil chana with masher.
  2. Add onion, green chilli, coriander leaves
  3. Add salt & all masalas.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Now make Parantha. Fill the stuffing and roll them.
  6. Heat a tawa, pace the stuffed paratha on it . Cook till both sides are browned, add little oil on the sides.
  7. Serve with curd.
