Cherry Lime Granita

Ingredients to make Cherry Lime Granita

  • Pitted Cherries 1 Cup
  • Sweet Lime Juice 1 Lime
  • Lemon Juice 1 Lemon
  • A small bunch of Mint Leaves
  • Powdered Sugar 2 Tsp (or as per desired taste)

How to make Cherry Lime Granita

  1. Churn together all the ingredients in a grinder till its pureed.
  2. Then take a container and pour the puree so that its height is just 1/2 ". Cover the container and deep freeze till its a bit set.
  3. Take out and scrape the puree every half an hour with the help of a fork to prepare the soft crushed ice. It will take approx 2-3 hours to form the proper granita.
  4. Serve it garnished with mint leaves.
