Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dry roasted poha - 4 cup
  2. Dry roasted chana - 2 tbsp
  3. Grated jaggery/gur - 1 cup
  4. Clarified butter - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the poha.
  2. Heat jaggery and clarified butter on a pan.
  3. Stirring continuously on a low flame until jaggery gets thick and sticky.
  4. Now add roasted poha and roasted chana and constantly stir till the poha mixed with jaggery.
  5. Switch off the flame.
  6. Apply some water in your palm and make small round shape balls.
