  • 4 red bell peppers
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp nigella seeds
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 onion minced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt to taste

How to make Mixed Bell pepper Relish or Chutney

  1. 1. Chop the bell peppers into tiny dices. Keep aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add all the ingredients into the pan alongwith the bell pepper, cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Turn the heat to low, cover and cook for 1 hour or until the peppers begin to caramelise.
  4. 4. Cool and bottle.

My Tip:

For a bit of heat add some bird's eye chilli into the relish
