Chocolate Wheat Cake

Ingredients to make Chocolate Wheat Cake

  • For cake: Wheat Flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 3/4th cup
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • For frosting: Chopped dark chocolate - 1 cup
  • Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
  • White icing cone

How to make Chocolate Wheat Cake

  1. In a big bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, ghee.
  2. Now add milk and make a smooth paste. Then add baking powder and soda.
  3. Pour the mixture in a greased baking tray.
  4. Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 160 degree celsius for 40 minutes or until its done.
  5. Rest the cake for 2 hours and let it cool.
  6. Method for frosting: Boil the fresh cream in a heavy pan, add the chocolate and take off the stove. Mix well until the chocolate melts.
  7. Now pour the frosting over the cake.
  8. Now do the designing withe white icing cone.
