Schezwany Treat

Ingredients to make Schezwany Treat

  • 1 Packet hakka noodles
  • Oil as required
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced green capsicum
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup sliced beans
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • Salt and Pepper as per taste

How to make Schezwany Treat

  1. Boil the noodles as per the instructions on the package.
  2. While boiling it, add a little oil and a pinch of salt.
  3. When the noodles became tender, strain it with cold water and keep aside.
  4. Heat some oil in a pan and add all the vegetables.
  5. Toss for a while on a high flame and keep mixing them.
  6. When the vegetables became soft add in the noodles, salt, pepper, vinegar and chilli sauce. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve it hot.
My Tip: 1/2 tsp soya sauce can be added along with chilli sauce.
