Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5-6 boiled and cut into cubes potato
  2. 3-4 green chili
  3. 1 tsp of Oil
  4. little curry leaves
  5. Pinch of Asafoetida
  6. 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds
  7. 1Tsp of sesame seeds
  8. 2tsp of jeera/cummins seeds
  9. 1 lemon Juice
  10. 1/2 tsp of sugar
  11. chopped fresh corriander leaves
  12. fresh mint leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. in a pan add oil
  2. as it becomes warm add cummin seeds
  3. add sesame seeds
  4. add curry leaves
  5. add green chili
  6. let all these sputter for 1/2 minute
  7. add sugar
  8. now add boiled potatoes
  9. add salt to taste
  10. add lemon juice
  11. add chopped corriander and mint leaves
  12. serve with puris and parathas
