ABOUT Eggy Masala Muffin Burger RECIPE

Simple quick this Eggy burger can do wonders for your family' s needs of having burger in ten minutes ,All You need is a burger bun ,ny Funfood Mayo ,Sauce or Base .Here I used crunchy Peanut butter spread to give a different taste to the egg muffin burger.This Egg muffin is microwave cooked with tomatoes corriander and spices.Its a No Oil burgers as such.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 egg
  2. 1 burger bun
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. Some corriander
  5. 1 green chilli optional
  6. 1 tblspn amul butter
  7. 1tblspn Crunchy peanut butter
  8. 1 tspn cheesy sauce
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 /2 tspn pepper
  11. 1/4 th tspn oregano

Instructions

  1. Slit the burger bun keep ready
  2. Chop one tomato small
  3. Chop some corriander and green chilli fine too
  4. Break an egg into the Tomato ,scramble well
  5. Add salt pepper,oregano in the egg
  6. Put the egg to cook in Micro oven for 1 minute
  7. Put off at 40 secs to check if want it soft.
  8. Again 10 secs micro wave
  9. Take out muffin and cool
  10. Now spread butter on both sides of buns
  11. Keep ready all ingredients
  12. Assemble the burger now,spread cheesy sauce on the salad leaf on one side
  13. Place tomato sliced on cheesy leaf ,sprinkle salt pepper
  14. On the other side spread the crunchy peanut butter
  15. Keep the egg muffin now on the tomatoes close with the other side ,forming a Burger
  16. Garnish with celery leaves and salad leaves ,serve with any sauce of your choice
