Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup rice
  2. 1 potato cubed
  3. 1 carat chopped
  4. 1/2 cup peas
  5. 1 onion sliced
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. 2 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
  8. one tablespoon lemon juice
  9. One tablespoon biryani masala powder
  10. 3 tbsp oil
  11. 4 green cardamoms
  12. 3 clove
  13. 1/2 tsp Shahi Jeera
  14. 1 bay leaf
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Add oil to a pressure cooker and heat it.
  2. Add spices and try till you get a nice Aroma for 2 minutes fry onions until Golden add ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell has gone.
  3. Add all chopped vegetables
  4. Admit leaves biryani masala and saute for 2 minutes
  5. Add salt and lemon juice
  6. When the water begins to boil add rice
  7. Close the lid and let the cooker whistle once on a low flame.
