Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat 1 cup soaked 5-6 hrs
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Water 1 1/2 cup
  4. Cooking oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. SOAKED WHOLE WHEAT
  2. ADD SALT AND WATER, GRIND SMOOTHLY
  3. POUR THE BATTER CLOSE THE LID AND LET IT BE FERMENTATION OVERNIGHT
  4. CHECK THE FERMENTATION
  5. APPLY OIL TO HEATED TAVA
  6. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER, CLOSE THE LID AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  7. FLIP OVER AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  8. REMOVE AND SERVE
